I've had the pleasure of serving Richmond VA as a personal trainer and small gym owner over the past 20 plus years ...
... but no matter how hard I tried to make sure things were always in order and nothing slipped through the cracks, there were still days that I missed calls, texts, emails and even voicemails from prospects reaching out.
Over the years we continued to develop systems and better our processes at ensuring each and every lead was followed up and taken care of but we never perfected this practice.
My commitment to solve this problem led me to invest in multiple coaches, marketing agencies, and different software platforms all promising to help solve the problem of "getting more clients."
But that's exactly where they and so many other coaches and marketing agencies miss the mark...
Because generating new leads really isn't the problem...
In fact, it's pretty easy to run ads and have leads start coming into your funnel...

I'll tell you exactly why because I lived this nightmare for way too long.
You see, it used to be easy.
